Rebekha Sharkie MP, Federal Member for Mayo, welcomes residents to attend her Positive Ageing Forum in Strathalbyn on Friday 31 January between 1pm and 4pm. This forum will promote the well-being and engagement of older people in our community, equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to thrive during the ageing process. Rebekha is hopeful this forum will assist in reframing the conversation around ageing, creating a more inclusive society in which the contributions of our older Australians are acknowledged and valued.

Rebekha firmly believes the ageing journey should celebrate the life experiences older people have to offer. This forum will provide attendees with information about navigating the ageing process and steps that can be taken to maintain their physical and mental health and remain connected to their local community, engaging in the activities they love.
