Fried cassini with Kangaroo Island honey -- Island Pure

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
200gm Island Pure Cassini (manchego) cheese, cut into 1 1/2 cubes
canola oil, for frying
Kangaroo Island honey, for drizzling
Smoked paprika and toasted almonds, for sprinkling

Place the four, egg and breadcurmbs in 3 seperate dishes. Dip the cheese cubes into each ingredient to coat, starting with the flour and ending with the crumbs. Preheat the oil. Add the breaded cheese to the hot oil, in batches, and deep fry until the cubes are crisp and golden. Drain on paper towel, plate and drizzle with honey, top with paprika and almonds.
